Established entrepreneur, investor, chairman and business leader operating in the technology, software, communications and IT services sectors. Ian is Executive Chairman of Integrity360 one of the fastest growing Cyber Security service providers in Europe. Ian is also Chairman of Tailor Made Technologies and Air IT, both IT services providers. Both Air IT and Integrity360 are backed by August Equity.

Richard was appointed Chief Technology Officer in 2022 having previously held the role of Technical Director for Integrity360. He brings over 15 years’ experience of the IT sector, with the majority of his career spent directly in the IT security channel, the last 9 of which has been spent with Integrity360 overseeing the growth and development of Integrity360’s technical capabilities. Richard brings a vast amount of knowledge, skills and experience to Integrity360 customers and has been integral to the success of the Managed Security Services including SIEM, SOAR, EDR and MDR. He is instrumental in understanding and evolving Integrity360 offerings to meet the changing needs of organisations, whilst also supporting the Integrity360 sales and delivery teams to meet customer expectations.

Prior to Integrity360, Patrick was most recently the Chief Financial Officer at Taoglas, a global provider of next-generation IoT & RF antenna solutions. Patrick was instrumental in enhancing the Taoglas corporate brand and shaping the strategic roadmap.

Prior to Taoglas, Patrick spent 5 years in the semiconductor industry with SPTS Technologies where Patrick had several senior finance roles across finance, operations, customer success and corporate finance, helping to drive revenue and profitability growth with significant involvement in M&A and debt financing.

Patrick is a Qualified Accountant having trained with ACCA and Whirlpool Corporation’s Finance Trainee Graduate Programme. Patrick graduated from GMIT in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy.
